This article is based on my own experience with COCOLIFE having been "encouraged" or shall I say "forced" to subscribed to cocolife insurance policy inside a mall when not actively looking or considering signing up for a life insurance.

Accordingly, cocolife and their insurance products are actually legitimate, they even boasts quite a lot of accomplishments written at the back of the business card of their client relations unit such as being the most outstanding life insurance company and some excellence awards coming from different institutions.

The cover of cocolife's insurance policy fine print sent to me also boasts a print which says "ISO 9001:2008 Certified". So, for me, it's just fair to say that this is a serious insurance company because certifications from the International Organization for Standardization is not easy to get.
The agents also boasts about COCOLIFE Volleyball Team which is always played in their office at SM Manila. According to the agents I talked to, they are associated with UCPB Bank so for me there's no question about the credibility of their insurance products, and I say COCOLIFE Insurance Products are Legit and Not a Scam.
BUT!
I should say, based on my experience, there's a little off with the strategy of their agents on getting clients on board to get and buy their policy, which makes people feel getting scammed.
Most of the reviews of cocolife's insurance policy online talks about their bad experiences on how they got involved with cocolife and most of these people including me felt forced to get cocolife insurance policy such as their FSP or Future Savings Platinum and GPA when the time when they are not actively looking to get one and not expecting to have one.
Usually, the story starts with someone happily shopping inside a mall and some very friendly girls and gays approaches them offering free raffle tickets to win a lot of prizes such as motorcycle, tablets, and an all-expense-paid trip abroad with pocket money and some free insurance and more!

So, who would not want to win a raffle for free? Why not? All you need to do is fill-up the form and drop the ticket and you now have a chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to Singapore for four with 100,000 pesos pocket money! Sweet!
Alas! They are just getting started. They now have your attention and so they start to get your trust.

I just hope there really is a winner to this raffle, because I have just realized something here: I might not know about the rules but I guess every raffle or giveaways especially with this amount must have a DTI Permit Number? COCOLIFE's raffle ticket doesn't display any DTI Permit Number and I didn't see any in their poster too. Maybe there are exemptions to this but this should be looked at to especially that they can really attract big crowd on this so-called raffle promo and a lot of this people who go to their office ended up convinced by their agents to get their policy on the spot including me, I paid 9,000 pesos on the spot on that day, but luckily I bothered to process the cancellation immediately and got my cheques month after.
So while you are busy filling-up your free raffle ticket, these very attractive girls and gays will now start to gain your trust by asking where you from especially your province. If you say you're from the Visayas or Mindanao they will immediately pick up on that and even talk to you in Bisaya or your local dialect to gain your trust.
When they already gain your trust, they will now start to offer you other perks and benefits, this time there's one thing they only need from you, you need to show them that you have money in your ATM at least 15,000 pesos or sometimes they reduce it to just 10,000 pesos.
They will always emphasize that they will not get your money, just a balance inquiry receipt as proof and you can already get additional perks such as additional 10 raffle entries to their raffle promo, get a chance to win a free 20,000 pesos worth life insurance, get a bag and more. You just need to present a balance inquiry receipt from your ATM. Simple, right? Plus, you already trusted them that they won't get any money from you, because of course you will just present your receipt and you don't need to give your card or withdraw your money. Seems fair.
So, desperate to win that prize, you are tempted to comply so that you can have that 10 more additional raffle tickets so you have more chances of winning.
As promised, after you presented the ATM Balance Inquiry receipt, you were given that additional raffle ticket, but, in order to verify your eligibility to win the first 20 free insurance policy, you need to go to cocolife office located at the 5th floor (their stall is located usually at the lower ground, where they get attentions from the mall-goers) and in order to know more about cocolife. Fair enough, right? Because you are about to be given a 20,000 pesos life insurance for free, of course you must know more about the company and their services.
While going to their office, you will be given tips by the agent (but it's part of the scheme) such as how to answer the first questions their manager will ask you to verify your eligibility such as:
- You understand that you are going to attend an "orientation to know more about cocolife"; and
- It will take about 45 minutes.
Simple questions, but that was set-up for you.
By that time, you already understood that you will not be there for a short period of time and it's already too late to back out knowing that there are only 20 free life insurance to win for the day so you got to hurry because according to the agent, currently there were only 16 contestants so you knew you will surely get that free insurance.
Arriving at the office, yet another very friendly and smiling people handshakes with you and you are introduced nicely to every people there.
And, as expected, before you start the "orientation" where you expect it to be by-batch or at least you have companions but it's a one-on-one sales-talk! At the beginning, the manager asks the question which you supposedly already knew the answer.
Agent: Are you aware that you are now about to attend an orientation to know more about cocolife?
You: Yes
Agent: and for how long?
You: 45 minutes.
F*ck that 45 minutes, it took me 2 hours of sales talk.
Anyway, it's very late and you have already dived into the trap.
2 hours straight sales talk and I felt tired. I hesitated but the agent kind of forced me or shamed me to forced me to get it with the assurance as she was saying "we will still confirm with your ATM if you are eligible of not."
I don't understand what she meant by confirm with your bank because I know that when you swipe your card with that "POS Terminal" or the device where you debit your debit cards or credit cards, if there's money in that account of course it will succeed right? What the h*ll is that "confirm" mean? They are hoping it will be rejected by the terminal?
In the middle of this all, I asked about where now is the free insurance? The agent said you sign the documents first, she's referring to the policy and also the auto-debit agreement with my bank.

- Back out and waste your time and eat all the shame
- Sign the agreement and deal with it later
I was getting tired and my only best way to get out of it was to sign the documents and they started inserting my debit card in the terminal.
I already calculated the risk. Some of the money in my ATM is not mine, I just asked my friend to transfer 5,000 pesos to my ATM so that it reaches 15,000 pesos so I can get the free 20,000 insurance that I planned to give to my mother.
A lot has been going into my mind. I was already thinking about cancellation because I know there's something wrong with their process and that I'm sure I'm not alone with that.
I decided to risk and sign it so I can get the hell out of that office.
After signing and debiting 9,528.86 pesos from my BDO ATM, they congratulated me like I won the free insurance policy they were promising.
I got out their office and went home and immediately search reviews about cocolife insurance policies and there I realized I was a victim. An educated person felt scammed, Cum Laude I pitty myself. I was ashamed, I felt I was good at managing may money but what the heck just happened?
I vowed to myself I will get my money back. I started reading about cocolife online and how other people got their money back by cancelling their insurance policies.
I felt I had a great chance of getting my money back based on what I have read so I immediately processed to cancel my cocolife life insurance both my FSP and GPA.
CONCLUSION
- Is COCOLIFE Scam? I think NO. It's a legitimate company offering legitimate insurance policies.
- Is COCOLIFE Raffle Promo a Scam? I remember the agents presented me some pictures of raffle winner but I was just skeptical about their promo because they have no DTI permit number in their ticket and I couldn't find online sources about the winners. I can't say if it's legit or not. I hope DTI can check on this.
- Can you cancel your cocolife insurance policy? Big YES. Both FSP and GPA.
- Can you get your money back in full? YES. Based on my experience, as long as you start processing it within 15 days from the day you signed up, you can get your refund of your cocolife insurance in full.
- Can I trust COCOLIFE Insurance Policy? For me NO. There were a lot of things which were not explained and there were promised to me by the agents that were not given when I signed up, how much more in the future when I'm gone and my beneficiaries claims my benefits for me?

ReplyDeleteI think malabo na po pero wala din kasi akong nalaman na nakapag pa refund ng 1 year ago na but you can try po. Contact your agent or the branch and raise the concern to them. Hopefully wala na sila mabibiktima ulit.

Pero yung computation ko if hindi po sakto. 21k po kasi ang hinulog for the annual po then ang sabi 5k daw na daw ang mapupunta plus yung binayad ko ng 1 year. Panu po yon? Diko po maintindihan kaya gusto ko pong ipancancel nalang.

Nag avail din po ako ng Insurance sa Cocolife thru may credit card dahil na convince ako noong sales agent. Binayaran ko na po ng 1 year yung primium last June for P21k tapos last July nag charged sa credit card ko ng additional P6k na premium may tumawag sakin na nag charged nga daw sila para sa coverage ng dependent ko asawa at anak ko. Ok lang sakin kasi nga coverage ng dependent ko eh.
Nagyon lamang po November 09, 2018 nag charged na naman po ang Cocolife ng P12k sa credit card ko. Ni walang tawag or e-mail man lamang po ang nakuha ko sa Cocolife. Nag e-mail na po ako sa kanila at nagiintay ng sagot galing sa kanila. At nag request narin po ako na pinaka-cancel ko na po ang auto debit charge sa credit card ko...
Mukhang na scam nga po ako sa matatamis nilang salita at magagandang sinasabi.
Hindi naman po ako makatawag sa office ng Cocolife kasi nadito po ako sa abroad ngayon kaya e-mail nalang po ang ginawa ko.
Ilang months nadin po kasi yung availment ko ng Insurance sa Cocolife kaya hindi ako sure kung pag pina-terminate ko yung insurance maibabalik pa ba yung binayad ko sa kanila.
Tanong ko lang po kung ipa cancel ko po ba yung insurance ko may makukuha po ba ako sa binayad ko?

Total amount is 21,000+ na .. I trusted them a lot but then sa forum na ito parehas na parehas yung pangyayari sakin,meaning its their strategy talaga in general!!! DeleteAs a licensed financial advisor, I think it’s better if you revisit po yung contract niyo with Cocolife. Usually, may grace period para makuha niyo yung hinulog niyo. Better pa sa less than 30 days pag magpapacancel kasi there’s a greater chance na makuha niyo pa ng full.

DeleteDapat po may photocopies ka ng receipts, policy and other documents na ibinigay po nila sayo and my sign nila yun since knuha nila ung mga original copies. Wag mo na po sila hintayin mas maganda iemail mo yung mga scanned documents sa Head Office if ever malayo ka or you can drop by to their main office. Eto yung email nila clientrelations@cocolife.com and customer_service@cocolife.com. I got my refund last week lang and it took them 43days to give back my money on my account. Email mo na din ang publicassistance@insurance.gov.ph and ocom@insurance.gov.ph for your concern dahil magsesend sila niyan ng letter regarding sa refund dun sa company para ma-process kaagad.

Hello po. Mabuti naman po hindi kayo napapayag. Kung hindi naman nabawasan ang laman ng atm card niyo hindi pa kayo na scam. Pero kung sinabi nkla verify lang tapos nabawasan ka nako ibang usapan na yun. Kung di ka nabawasan, ibig sabihin balance inquiry lang suguro ang ginawa. Mabuti naman po. As long as wala silang nakuhang pera sayo.

DeleteI also get trap with their technical marketing strategy. But the way I see it the insurance itself is legitemate. As u will received a receipt after the payment however... yung promotional strat nila na you will win a tablet of 2 and fly and ride that Im not sure....
DeleteThank you for sharing your story. It helps me to pursue my cancellation today. It was only yesterday that I have signed the contract and deducted the initial payment from my ATM. I regret it so much and I indicated to my cancellation letter that I felt I was forced. I do not have intentions to apply for any insurance at all so what a waste of time to me. What have been told to me is that I will wait for my money to be directly refunded on my ATM within 30 to 45 days. How can I assure that this will be processed? This happened only yesterday and the fact that this should not have been happened when these agents do not fooled me. I really want to have my money to be returned immediately. I cannot imagine this. I was traumatized. My question is, aside from waiting my money, can I file a legal action for the damages they have done? I mean I have work that I have to absent just because of this to process my cancellation? Please help me on how to file the case if this is possible? Thank you.

Pag di ka naghulog mawawala ang bisa ng insurance mo di ka makapag claim. Ganyan talaga sinasabi nila na hindi pwede e refund kasi may commission yan sila sa bawat perang nakukuha sa atin. Basta within 15 days pwede yan nakuha ko nga ng buongbuo refund sa akin eh.

DeleteHi po, exactly the same thing na nangyari sa akin kahapon(July 29, 2018) sa cubao. Nagulat na lang ako na parang networking na style ng pakikipag usap ang gagawin sayo at talagang namimilit yung agent at mismong ikaw sa sarili mo mahihiya ka at manliliit dahil daw wala pa akong insurance ni kinukuha. Sabi ko pwede bang bigyan ako ng ilang araw na mag-isip bago ako magbayad at kung meron silang isini-send na mga document sa email para mabasa ko man lang ng mabuti,sabi wala at one time lang daw sila. Pilit pang hinihiram yung credit card ko sabi ko na hindi pwede at baka makita nya yung CVV code sa likod. Makikita sa mukha nung agent na frustrated na sya dahil sa hindi ako bumibigay sa kung anong pilit nya. Sabi ko hindi ako magdedecide ng isang bagay mismo sa mga oras na iyon ng hindi nagreresearch sa kung anong meron ang company nila,kung scam ba o hindi,kung may magandang reviews ba o wala. Gusto ko ng umalis at Nakakakaba talaga pero nanindigan ako na ni piso hindi ako maglalabas ng pera dahil lang sa mga mabulaklak na pananalita. Mabuti na lang at hindi ako nagpauto sa kanila. Nakakahiyang lumabas ako ng office nila at hindi ko kinuha yung pinangako nilang free bag. (syempre ang pinoy basta FREE,go lang ng go)HAHAHA

Deletehindi naman scam yung COCOLIFE hindi nga lang maganda yung way nila ng pag invite ng people.....imaging this...sa tingal tagal na ng cocolife bakit wala tayung naririnig na hindi sila nakakuha ng payment nila or yung benefits...tingin ko masyado lang tayung paranoid kasi maraming manloloko satin.....actually yung isa kong friend dun sa nag OJT and alam nya na legit naman yung cocolife....so feel secure..actually kinabahan din ako...pero sa research ko..ok naman kasi yung friend ko isang agent ng sunlife and inalok nya ako sa kanila pero sinabi ko na meron na ako sa cocolife and sabi nya ok naman daw sa cocolife and in case na gusto kopang kumuha sa kanya naman daw ako kmuha...kya wag po tayung kabahan.....nakakatakot pong pakinggan yung 10 yrs...pero worth it naman.....
ReplyDeleteYou're right. COCOLIFE is a legitimate insurance company. Tama ka rin na hindi maganda ang way nila sa pag invite ng mga clients, yan ang parang naging scam. Hindi naman natin masisi ang taumbayan na nabiktima ng "hindi magandang way sa pag invite ni cocolife" at hindi rin natin sila masisi kung panget ang impression nila kay cocolife kasi kagagawan ni cocolife yun.
DeleteKung maganda lang sana ang way nila sa pag invite hindi yung napipilitan ang mga taong bumili ng insurance nila, siguro hindi naman mangyayaring scam ang impression nila kay cocolife.
It's a violation of the Access Devices Regulations Act. They should be held criminally liable. And file your complaint before the Insurance Commission.

DeleteHi! Well my cousin told me to read a blog about Cocolife. Today lang ako nag sign-up kasi sabi nung agent sa may SM Sucat Paranaque wala naman babayaran. Bibigyan ka lang ng eco-bag. Nag worry tuloy ako sa mga na basa ko kasi hindi naman kami mayaman. Hindi rin naman ganon kalaki ang kinikita namin ng asawa ko. Savings lang namin ung na sa atm card ko. Tapos yun nga yung pag approach aaminin ko natakot din kami tapos siyempre na dala din sa mga raffle nila. Tama wala nga DTI tapos agad-agad need mo mag bayad ng insurance. Mas maganda po ba kung direct kami pupunta sa branch kung san kami nag sign-up para pa cancel na lang po insurance. Kasi nag worry po talaga kami mag-asawa. Thank you po sa blog na ito. God Bless po.

Deleteang case ko naman po nareceive na ng cocolife ang cancellation ko at full refund ng payment ko kaso almost 2 months na d pa nababalik sabi ng cpcolife msy error lang daw sa system nila pero napadala na nila ung notice of credit back sa bdo. kaso d daw nia alam kung hanggang kelan kasi nga daw sira system nila. ilang beses na ko nag fodollow up sabi lang nila follow lang daw ako para malaman if na credit back na. problema every follow up ko same lang sinasabi sira po kasi system.. ganern

DeletePaano po kaya ipa cancel yung cocolife insurance ko kasi 1 year po yung binayaran ko P21k mahigit. Tapos July this year nag bayad ako ng P6k para daw sa premium tapos ngayon naman November 9, 2018 Nag charged sa credit card ko sila ng P12k na wala man lang paalam or wala man lang e-mail or tawag.
Nadito po kasi ako abroad kaya hindi ako makatawag sa kanilang office.
Pero nag e-mail po ako doon sa customer service nila pinag eexplain ko po sila kung bakit sila basta basta nalang nag charge ng P12k sa credit card ko kasi dalwang P6k transaction ang nag reflect sa SOA ng credit card ko kaya total ay P12k.
Pa help naman po kung paano Salamat po...
same thing happened. As in ang bait bait nila like ur so especial to them. Ung tipong 2hours ka na sa office nila kapipilit na kumuha ako ng plan. Kase nakita nila ang dami kong card at may mga pinamili pa ko. Katingnkati sila na ipaverify yung card ko. Buti na lang talaga sumagot ako. At pinanindigan ko ayoko. As if their not taking no for an answer. Hanggang manager na nila nakipag usap. Di mo magawang bastusin sila kase they were so nice..yung ganung feeling. Sabi ko pa... Take the raffle ticket... Kelangan ko na talagang umalis.

Ako naman since ang thinking ko nung umpisa wala namang mawawala. Finill-upan ko na yung tickets. Tapos tinanong nila ko kung anong bank ko. Kasi partner daw sila ng UCPB. Tapos kung may credit card daw ba ko. Hindi ko na napagisipan nung time na yun. Sinabi ko sa BDO. Tapos tinanong na nila ako anong account ang meron ako dun. Kung may credit card daw ba ako, sabi ko naman meron. After kong masulatan yung ticket, pinapahulog na sakin nung agent. Hinahanap ko yung drop box don, pero sabi sa tabi daw ng LBC. Sasamahan nya na lang raw ako

Tapos may lumapit na sa akin non na babae. Kung pwede raw ako sumama sa kanya dun sa table. Ididiscuss niya lang raw yung Cocolife saglit. Pagupo namin sa table may nakita akong agreement. Na nakalapag don. Natatakpan kasi yung heading pero sabi nya sakin confidentiality agreement lang daw yun para dun sa draw. Hinayaan ko lang kasi hindi niya pa naman inaabot sakin.
Then, diniscuss nya yung cocolife. Yung insurance na inooffer nila. Hindi ko inintindi non kasi hindi ako interesado kumuha. Tapos nya iexplain may mga tanong lang sya na hindi na related sa insurance. Sinagot ko naman kasi trivial lang yung mga tanong nya like may boyfriend daw ba, mukha daw akong bata, kelan daw naging kami nung boyfriend ko ganon. Tapos napunta na lang yung mga tanong nya sa ginagamit ko raw ba madalas ung credit card ko sa shopping o ano. Dito na siguro papasok yung sinabi ng iba na pinapapurchase sila tapos yung receipt hihingin. Sinabi ko dun sa babae na ayokong ginagamit yung card ko. For emergency purposes lang talaga kaya ako meron non. Ayoko na may bayarin. Saka na niya ko nilinyahan na sadly daw yung diniscuss nya sakin about insurance nila hindi niya maiooffer sakin.
Mahirap daw magstart ng insurance na wala akong panimula. Parang dinedegrade niya na ako non na parang intention nya maparamdam sakin na hindi ko kaya iafford yung offer nila. Sabi niya pa sakin. Okay lang daw un. If ever na gustuhin ko na kumuha ng insurance, pwede ko raw iconsider yung cocolife. Pero okay lang daw cocolife man daw o hindi. Akala ko ididismiss niya na ko non. Pero sabi niya, ibibigay nya na lang daw sakin yung raffle. Since qualified naman daw ako para dun.
Hindi ko masyado inisip paglabas ko dun. Nung nasa bus na ko. Saka ako kinutuban. Sinearch ko yung cocolife. And I found this blog. Chineck ko rin yung reviews. Saka ako kinabahan. Kasi tho wala akong pinirmahan na agreement o ano at hnd naman ako inalok, nagpanic ako kasi dun sa ticket may info ako dun.
Pero tinawag ko naman sa bdo at wala naman daw. To feel at ease daw tawag na lang ako every now and then para imonitor ung acct ko

Ganito rin po ang na encounter ko last May. Wala pa po sakin yung policy ko kasi nung iverify po nila yung nature of work ko risky daw po kaya need pa ng approval sa main office nila. Hindi ako na convince ni ate, tinawag nya si manager ang si manager ang nag convince sakin. And ayun na nga, si manager na kumausap sakin. SHE's trying to be nice, yes, she is. Natapos ung conversation, buti pa ung consultant, nkipag handshake, ung manager umalis nalang. I want to get the last name nung manager e, e pumasok na dun, ayaw nmn sabihin nung agents. Prng unprofessional LOL. Anyway, ayan ang kwento ko sa COCOLIFE. Wala akong binayaran, wla akong kinuhang freebies.

Ung saglit n sinabi nla e naging 2hrs... Since im already late with my appointment, i told the agent that i really need to go at dhil hnd nla ako maconvince nag take-over n ung manager nla.. At c manager mukang frustated n mapasign ako. Ang sabi pirma nlng dw ako at hnd cnbi kung pra saan, pgcheck ko sa paper n pipirmahan is their terms stating ur allowing them to take money from ur card and ull purchase their insurance, so i refused to sign. C manager parang pinapahiya na ko sa loob kc nga ayaw ko kumuha ng insurance nla. At dahil nga hnd tlga ako ngpapilit at gustong gusto ko ng umalis sa office nla, padabog na sabi ni manager kay agent na samahan nq palabas ng office at ska ko lng nahulog sa box ung raffle ticket n bnigay nla.

DeleteNahatak din ako kanina lang sa SM North EDSA. Pauwi nako pero may biglang kumausap sakin na consultant nila kung working ako or student. Then bigla na lang inabot sa kamay ko yung brochure nila ng raffle. Ibinabalik ko kasi uwing uwi nako pero ayaw nya kuhanin. So kinausap ko siya at pinakinggan at ayaw ko maging bastos. It turns out may chance to win ako ng isang motor or trip to SG and take note 100k cash. Pero sa ibang story na nabasa ko e yung 100k allowance yun sa SG trip. Anyway, dhl nga ayoko maging rude sinakyan ko trip nya at nagsagot ng raffle ticket. After ibigay yung papel, biglang kinausap nako na need lang nila i confirm kung active yung ATM account ko at need nila ng bal inquiry receipt. nagduda nako at sinabi ko sa kanya, bakit kelangan mo yun, wala sa mechanics ng promo niyo na need niyo ng resibong atm ko. Todo defend siya kesyo ganito kesyo ganyan. Sabay sabi ko, baka scam kayo. Pinakita sakin ID ng SM at cocolife. So for some reason napasunod nyako na mag balance inquiry. Habang nakapila sa atm, nag quick google search ako ng "cocolife scam" at tumambad na nga sakin ang mga articles at blogs na mga nagrereklamo. Medyo kinabahan ako pero naging alerto ako. Sumama ako sa kanya sa office nila pagktpos nya iconfirm yung atm acct ko. Hanggang sa pinakilala ako sa manager and sa agent nila na mag orient lang daw sakin ng 45 minutes. I coach ka pa ng consultant na ssbhn mo na: "you want to know more about cocolife" at alam mong atleast 45 minutes yung presentation. Napasubo nako at nagsimula na nga. Tatambakan ka nila ng pipirmahan na mga papel at kakausapin ka para malibang ka para pirma ka lang ng pirma at hindi mo alam e application na pala yung sinasagutan mo. May mga agent din na kukuyugin ka ng kausap at papuri ng ibat ibang mabubulaklak na salita. Buti na lang napansin ko yung header ng document at sinabi ko sa agent na akala ko ba walang pilitan sa pag apply. To cut the long story short, nakailang pilit sila sa akin pero hindi ako nagpapilit kahit kinakabahan nako. Pero naparanoid pa din ako kung makakabawas ba sila sa account ko just by simply glancing at my card or at my atm receipt. In the end, hinulog ko yung 3 raffle tickets ko at yung free accident insurance nila na worth 20k. Hindi nila ko napa swipe ng atm card ko.

The same happened to me. To my credit card as well. Kabadtrip noh? I am considering to keep the policy if I am satisfied with the provisions. Pero pag di ko gusto, I'll cancel. I'll submit a letter and contact my bank for cancellation of the transaction. I suggest you do the same kung gusto mo na ipacancel then let us know what happened. I'll do the same and inform you.

Right? After napakaraming kwentuhan with the agent. Ang bait kasi talaga nya and seems legit. So okay naman. 45 mins turned to 2hours. Napagod nako. And gutom na kasi walang lunch.

ReplyDeleteHi. Ganito rin ang nangyari sa akin kani-kanina lang. Pauwi na dapat ako galing office when I was suddenly approached by this young lady. May pa-raffle daw sila then hiningi yung name ko, kung may bangko daw ba ako, anong type ng account and kung magkano ang savings ko sa bank. Hindi ko naman inintindi kasi tingin ko wala namang masama since raffle nga. Minutes later, humihingi na sila ng receipt from my bank. Para may proof daw na eligible for the raffle. Wala akong receipt noon kasi hindi ako kumukuha ng receipt kapag nag-wiwithdraw but she initiated me to get a receipt from any atm from any bank. Since may near atm naman dun, I didn't mind. I was thinking of leaving kasi I was tired from work pero I was too caught up with the lady's "kindness". Kesyo hindi naman pera ang hinihingi nila sa akin, smile and idea lang raw. Then she dragged me into their "office". Akala ko idodrop lang yung raffle ticket kuno then aalis na but then pinakausap ako sa manager daw nila. I was paid a lot of compliments then I knew something was wrong when an agent asked me to talk. Iintroduce daw nila yung cocolife sa akin. I knew there was no turning back. She asked me all sorts of things - family, work, even religion. Masasabi kong aalamin lahat talaga nila lahat ng tungkol sayo and they will take it from there. I must also say that the agent really has a knack at encouraging me. At the end, I ended up signing the forms - and yes, pati yung contract -without thinking deep enough. After that, hiningi nila yung atm card ko. Sinwipe ng parang receptionist yung card ko sa POS terminal nga. Kinakabahan na ako nun kasi alam kong mababawasan yung pera ko sa bank but I stood there, doing nothing. I was frozen in place and pitying myself for falling into a life insurance I never planned on having. Siguro God made His way because the device suddenly errored out saying that it cannot connect to my bank. I swear ang dami nilang beses tinry. Ilang beses nilang pina-enter yung pin ko but nothing. I felt relieved and thankful. Pinagbalance pa nila ako pero buti na lang ayon sa receipt, walang transaction. Pero hindi natigil doon ang panghihikayat nila kasi pwede naman daw mag-over the counter na lang. I insisted na hindi ako mag-wiwithdraw kasi pangbayad ko ng tuition ng kapatid ko yung pera na 5k sana - which is true. Hindi pa rin sila nagpatalo kasi may last option daw sila na kahit cash na 2k good for 1 yr na. May cash ako noon pero hindi ko binigay kasi budget ko yun for the following week. Sinabi ko na lang na wala talaga akong pang-initial payment sa kanila and then I asked to leave. The agent let me. After leaving the place I immediately searched for blogs like this and grateful ako na nakita ko ito kasi it was very helpful. Tanong ko lang po, what if nakapirma na po ako ng contract sa kanila but di ako nakapag-initial down, icecredit pa rin po ba nila yun? Also, need ko bang icancel din sa bank ko yung insurance ko sa cocolife? I need some help po. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteBased from what ive read dun sa policy and as explained ng agent, you wont get 100% of your money back. Might as well continue na lang para di ka malugi and next year, babaan mo lang ung monthly. But dont cancel since talo/lugi ka dun.

DeleteI was also a victim of this, 8 mos ago. I tried to cancel it within 15 days (actually 2 days after signing the papers), also had my cancellation letter with me but they wouldnt take it. I tried arguing to the point na tumataas na boses ko since naiinis na talaga ko but to no avail. I tried checking their website and was planning na sa main office iprocess ang cancellation pero it says there na before nila tingnan, should be processed sa branch. So ayun. Back to square 1. Since wala na ko magawa. I just decided to go on with the plan since di naman pwede early termination kasi based sa contract, kahit "savings" tawag dyan, you wont get 100% of what youve already invested. Sa mga nag push advice ko na lang is, flexible naman daw ung annual, so pwede nyo babaan and revise ung contract.

Im not sure if full refund talaga yung ibibigay nila. I just hope next week mapapasok pa yung remaining 5k na kulang sa 9500 na inavail ko

What really bothers me is maraming gustong mag cancel which implies na hindi nameet ung expectation nung nag sign up kasi hindi dinidisclose lahat nung agent ung totoo sa umpisa pa lang. Upon reading the terms carefully andami pa lang exclusion in claiming to the point na you're better off w/o their insurance na lang.

ReplyDeleteWell yung company nila is legit ung insurance nila is legit too pero yung paraan nila para mapapayag yung client na kumuha ng insurance nila ang nakapagfeel sa client na nascam sila kasi most of them felt they were forced to apply. Because they said at the beginning their purpose is to advertise. To introduce the company to people after they bring you to their office, sure they explained what they are offering but they did not directly asked whether you want to open an account or not. They automatically assumed that you are there to get one and they even used your words against you, saying that then why did you say this or that. Or i thought we had a commitment. Thats how these people felt scammed. Scam doesnt only mean that they have stolen or taken money from you.

Nakapag sign up po ako this October 21,2018 I received the Policy contract by October 25,2018.now lng po ako nag ka time to search about cocolife now im in doubt. I paid 1o,o14.97 (FSP and GPA) may monthly start this January 2019.Its is possible to cancel it by sending them an EMAIL dahil nasa province na po ako. I sign up cocolife @SM NORTH.
ReplyDeletesame experience here. Meron sila pinafill up confidentiality form - it include personal info then sa baba meron questions kung ano plans mo personally, family and dependents. Atm, cc ganyan inquiries. pati receipt daw nagulat ako, sabi ko "for what?" sabi nila para lang daw ma tseck if active pa daw yun acct. i replied tinatapon ko lahat ng resibo from atm. Buti wala sila nakuha pera from me yun nga lang yung oras nasayang.

ReplyDeleteI knew i got scammed!! F***! They say there not forcing us to subscribe to them but then, the way they speak makes it sound theyre not forcing you pero may halong hypnotize! I got convinced when a pregnant agent of cocolife, lured me into this trap, tamang tama na november 1, trick or treat nga naman. Pumunta kami ng sm, tamang tama naman ng nagmamadali kami kasi nasa hospital kapatid nmin, na biglang na touch ako ni ate buntis. Today is my fifth day, after registering at sa kabobohan ko, pinag sisigawan ako ni mommy ko. Hays naiinis ako sa sarili ko. Need ko help guys, i want to get my money back.

DeleteKakaiyak! Everything you have shared - excatly the same sa nangyari sa akin. On the spot, i gave my 16K. That was 12noon. I went to their office by 4pm to cancel my policy. I was told it was possible but i cant get my money anymore because i already have the policy. The policy was already processed and if i will cancel my policy, the money i gave them wont be returned to me. The manager told me na sayang if ika-cancel ko kasi di ko rin naman makukuha balik yung pera ko. Gustong gusto ko ng umiyak sa harapan nila pero they told me na wala na raw silang magagawa kasi na process na ng system ang policy ko. Pagkatapos, pinasulat nila ako stating na i went there and understood the reason why i chose not to cancel my policy anymore.

Deleteyes yan ang sinasabi ng mga agent if ipacancel mo you can't have your money back. nabiktima din ako last OCtober 2018 mga 38k thru my credit card. the following day i went back to the branch to cancel then yun kakausapin ka ulit ng 4 na oras hanggang ma convince ka to continue. tas papirmahin ulit. the following day bumalik ulit ako with cancellation letter. tas yung pinareceive ko inemail ko sa head office nila. ok na na reverse na. wala na na akong binayaran sa credit card ko then cancelled na ang policy.

DeleteI also experienced being offered for a raffle or a gift from one of their agents in Robinsons Ermita. She was really nice and friendly but when she invited me to their office located at the 4th floor I felt strange na. She introduced me to someone and then they encouraged me to sign a raffle ticket and all but the agent already starting discuss about the insurance. I did not tell them the amount of money that I have in my atm but they still pursuing to convince me. I was in a hurry so I asked another lady about their process. To cut the long story short, this lady said that it was useless to wait and it's kinda scam so we both went out in a hurry without saying goodbyes to our agents. I actually messaged this insurance company on FB but I think they are aware of this "strategy" of their agents. Whether I see agents like this, I will just ignore or try to pretend that I did not see them. I do not want to waste my time again. I felt relieved that I was not able to swipe my atm that time. This article really helps those who are forced to sign this insurance policy and I hope everyone will get their refunds asap. Thanks for sharing your story.

I went to sm north para makapag unwind at makapaglakad lakad and i end up with someone offering a free raffle walang babayaran. sinamahan nya pa ako sa atm machine para makakuha ng receipt to qualify sa free gift nila. after nun dinala ako sa ofis nila. na force lng ako at hindi ko naintindihan ang sinasabi ng agent. i really want to cancel it.
ReplyDeleteHi. That also happened to me. Good thing naka no agad ako nung hinihingi nila yung Bank account number ko. I was also insulted by the agent when I said no and I have to get going because almost an hour na kong kausap ng agent pero sobrang kulit nya at ayaw ako paalisin. Sinabihan nya kong unprofessional. Luckily i got out na walang binayaran at di ko nabigay account # ko. One thing I was worried though kasi nabigay ko personal info ko sa kanila like name, age, bday, address, cp number at email ad. and especially may mga napirmahan ako sa nafill up kong forms bago sila manghingi ng bank account ko, should I worry and do something ba? kasi baka not safe pa din dahil meron silang personal info ko at signature. By the way, this blog is truly helpful.

Nag avail din po ako ng Insurance sa Cocolife thru may credit card dahil na convince ako noong sales agent. Binayaran ko na po ng 1 year yung primium last June for P21k tapos last July nag charged sa credit card ko ng additional P6k na premium may tumawag sakin na nag charged nga daw sila para sa coverage ng dependent ko asawa at anak ko. Ok lang sakin kasi nga coverage ng dependent ko eh.
Nagyon lamang po November 09, 2018 nag charged na naman po ang Cocolife ng P12k sa credit card ko. Ni walang tawag or e-mail man lamang po ang nakuha ko sa Cocolife. Nag e-mail na po ako sa kanila at nagiintay ng sagot galing sa kanila. At nag request narin po ako na pinaka-cancel ko na po ang auto debit charge sa credit card ko...
Mukhang na scam nga po ako sa matatamis nilang salita at magagandang sinasabi.
Hindi naman po ako makatawag sa office ng Cocolife kasi nadito po ako sa abroad ngayon kaya e-mail nalang po ang ginawa ko.
Ilang months nadin po kasi yung availment ko ng Insurance sa Cocolife kaya hindi ako sure kung pag pina-terminate ko yung insurance maibabalik pa ba yung binayad ko sa kanila.
Tanong ko lang po kung ipa cancel ko po ba yung insurance ko may makukuha po ba ako sa binayad ko?

Pwede po bang ipa cancel lang thru email sa head office nila or kailangan tlaga pumunta sa branch na pinagkuhanan mo nung insurance..nandito po kasi ako province...
ReplyDeletedang!! it just happened to me an hour ago sa sm davao ecoland. huhuhu im so nervous that time nung nasa office nako at kinakausap ng head nila, iba tlaga eh, ayun nadala ako sa beautifil words nila, mdyo nagdududa ako non napansin din nila, unang offer nila is 6k para sa 1million na insurance, then sabi ko may pangagamitan ako sa pera. tapos sinasabi nila ung laptop is d maaapreciate, pero ung 6k daw may magandang benefits daw un, tapos since umayaw ako, sabi nya 2k nlg daw, kinoconvince tlGa nila ako, nadedead end nlg ung convo. namin pero ginagawa nyang best nya na makuha trust ko, and un dami nila sinabi na "alam ko maam nagdadoubt ka and nakita kong nagsearch ka sa company namin, dont worry maam di kta iniiscam at di ko isusugal name ko sa ganyan" so ending kinuha nanaman ung debit card ko or the 3rd time then may finill up nako and niswipe na ang card ko, omg ung pag sisisi ko paglabas nung nabasa ko ung buong blog nato parang nawalan ako ng gana lalo, dahil sobrang pagod pako at gutom dahil galing sa travel kanina. sana makukuha ko un money ko agad.

ReplyDeleteHello po. I just want to share my experience yesterday sa SM Clark dito sa Pampanga. Lumapit yung agent saken at tinanong ako Kung may ATM ako and I said yes but I'm student. So dami nyang tanong saken, bakit daw may ATM ako since student palang ako. I said I was working before. Bawal daw student so wag ko daw sabihin na student ako and sabihin ko daw na nagwowork pako. Pero before ako nagsign dun sa raffle tinanong ko Kung may bayad ba yon pero Sabi nya Wala.

So may 30mins. daw ako para kausapin Yung manager nila about cocolife. Smooth Yung usapan namin ng manager and then nagustuhan ko Yung offers nila pero nung time na binigyan nila ako ng authorization paper para maswipe nila Yung ATM ko Hindi ako pumayag Sabi ko wag nalang kase 15k Lang laman ng savings ko. At Sabi ko Pa ayoko na next time nalang ako. Sabi nila first attempt Lang daw to Hindi na pwede sa susunod. pwede pang i-cancel yan wag lang palampasin ng 15days. you can go back dun sa office nila kung san ka nagsign-up, bring a cancellation letter, and let them sign na nareceive nila then get your copy. then email mo sa head office nila yung pinirmahan na cancellation letter.
ReplyDelete@haydz magri-refund cla, sure yan. yung sa case ko credit card yung ginamit nung nag sign up ako then pinacancel ko. reversal yung nangyari. dali na man kausap ang head office. COCOlife is legit. yung mga agent lang naman nila sa branches ang masyadong mapilit. tapos, ang way nila sa pagbenta nga insurance yung parang na-scam ka after ka mag sign up.

I am a Medical student and I thought I know how to handle situations like this, I came from a family of businessman at sobrang nakakahiya po talaga sa part ko. As in. Ako naman po ay nagpapagpag lang sa SM, (pagpag) is our term po for magrelax and mag'alis ng stress. Lutang na luta po ako this afternoon while walking inside SM. So, every single words na sinasabi nina ate hindi ko na po naiintindihan at oo nalang ako ng oo sa kanila. Tis is the most traumatic experienced na feel ko sa entire life ko when it comes po sa mga agent agent na yan sa Mall. At first po, is I really don't have any single idea na Insurance company pala yun. Kase, ang sabi is raffle lang daw. same scenario sa mga nag share na din popreviously, like same modus.
Then, sa sobrang gusto ko nalang po matapos yung usapan dahil kumakain na po talaga siya ng oras, nag bayad nalang po ako ng 2,000 cash, kahit ang daming tanong sa utak ko nung time na yun. Tapos, nung pauwi na po ako, hindi ako mapakali dahil dudang duda ako sa kanila. Like, bat walang time mag isip kung kukuha ka or hindi? banko nga binibigyan ka ng time. sa sobrang duda ko pa, naisipan ko mag research, si google ang takbuhan ng lahat. Then, luckily I found this page. at sobrang kinabahan na talaga ako ng sobra.

Hello po, Ganun din po nangyari sa akin dito sa sm cebu, hindi po ako basta basta naniniwala jan but ewan ko sa araw na yun, nadala ako dahil sa flowery words ng bakla. ReplyDeleteYou can cancel your insurance within 15 days. Be firm sa pag submit mo ng letter, magpareceive ka ng isang kopya mo. Also, gumawa ka ng incident report kung paano ka napilit kumuha ng insurance include mo sa letter un mga pangalan ng nakausap mo at nakapirma sa papers na binigay syo. Icopy furnish mo ang insurance commission and also ang BIR (if walang binigay syo na official receipt). Ilagay mo sa sulat mo na un refund ay dapat mong makuha as soon as possible.
DeletePwede kayo mag email sa insurance commission para matigil na yan ginagawa ng coco life. Dapat detailed yung email niyo sa insurance commission para matigil na yung kalokohan nila.

ReplyDeleteIf you want to cancel your insurance, you should do it as soon as possible cz 15 days lang and cancellation period. Prepare a cancellation letter and incident report. Copy furnish mo ang Insurance Commission. Submit mo sa branch kung saan mo nakuha un insurance mo. Dapat may kopya ka for yourself and pareceive mo sa kanila. Ask them to sign all the pages.. name, signature at date. Indicate mo sa letter mo na gusto mo makuha un refund as soon as possible.. be firm at huwag maniwala na hindi pwde macancel un insurance mo.

Tapos after that punta na sa office nila sa lower ground ng mall sa ayon na nga pag dating ko doon kinausap ako ng manager nila.. at pinapilit talaga ako.
Imbis na ang pera ay kaylangan ko nabawasan pa ng 2k kasi ayaw tumigil nga dahil gutom na ako ayon napilitan ako magbigay ng 2k . Pero walang reciept na binigay zakin ..temporary reciept lang siya so tinawagan ako ng kuya ko ,bat daw ako ngbitaw ng pera scam daw yan tas kaya ito ng saearch ako same porcess nga, ..

Hi po. Nangyare din po sakin yan sa cubao kanina. May mga pinirmahan po ako na papel. Tpos pinipilit nila ako na isulat sa authorization letter yung credit card account number ko. Mejo natagalan bago nila napasulat sakin kasi nagdududa ako at ayoko ilagay. Pero nasulat ko pa din. Akala ko di nila iinsert sa terminal yung card ko. Nung nakita kong ininsert nila yung chip sabi ko bakit ibabawas na agad yung amount akala ko ba hindi pa. Buti napigilan ko sya magtype ng amount sa terminal. Sabi nung babae floating pa nmn daw yun at after 30 to 45 days pa bago macharge sakin. Buti hindi pa natype yung amount at natanggal kagad yung card ko. Binura nmn ng babae sa harap ko yung credit card number na sinulat ko sa authorization letter tpos umalis na ako. Kaso may mga pinirmahan ako na papers tpos di ko nmn nakita na nashred yung mga papers na yun. Dapat pa din po ba ako magalala? Please help po

ReplyDeleteHello po ako din nabait ng cocolife sa may Sm north yesterday. May lumapit po skin na gay na nagtanung if may work and credit card na ako. At that time po kasama ko po yung cousin ko so when he came up to me asking those questions, i thought why not entertain since wala nman kaming masyadong plan ng cousin ko so ayun nga meron daw silang raffle that was gonna be drawed this Jan 3. So at first i thought na after kong magfillup nung raffle ticket ay pwede na kaming umalis then sabi nung girl na kasama ni gay ay pwede na nmin daw ihulog yung ticket so first nagtanung siya if may record daw b ako na active yung account ko sa bank I said wala since i dont usually use my credit card so sinamahan ako ni gay sa bdo atm on the way sa office nila para makapagbalance and binigyan niya nman ako ng privacy so hindi nman ako masyado nagpanic then after namin makapasok sa office nila inexplain niya skin n may kakausap daw skin about coco life and their products for atleast 45 mins then i said ok then the presenter called me in. At first the Gay guy wont let my cousin come eith me inside but his Team Leader stopped him so my cousin went with me (thank God he did or else i would have panicked) we started the orientation at first i thought its just gonna be one of those explainations about the company and their products. After awhile he started explaining about FSP and he asked kailan ba ang tamang oras para magsave ng pera. And i answered mas maganda kung ngayon and he asked me na kung yung inoofer niya is makakatulong, kailangan, gusto, and kaya and i said it depends on he situation since i dont have a job as of rn so for now hindi kaya. Then he said ok lets forget that you dont have a job right now does my offer meet your expectations then i answered yes since he made a situation where if i could disregard a certain circumstances and i made my answer based on that then he explained to me the 10 year insurance about how i could get pension at an early age and in case something happened to me my family would get some money and such then he showed a proposal he said its only a sample proposal he explained how much i would get and how much i would pay. At this moment I am already having doubts because he explained that i have to go to the bank if the bank would allow me to use my card for payments and such. Thats when i knew that this guy already thought that i would be getting an insirance that day. And my mind went on work mode on how to actually get out of the situation since i really dont want to spend the money that i have on my credit card. So when he started to ask about my beneficiaries, I said um sir I am not planning to get an insurance today so is it necessary to ask the names of my beneficiary and i swear his smile went from ear to ear into a awkward smile and he said maam i thought we were clear that what you need is ipon right? For the future since you listed kn your dreams this and that. And you need ipon to help it come true then he said that he asked me if kaya ko ngayon mag ipon i said kaya but i dont want to and he kept asking why i just said person reasons and he wants me to elaborate what those reasons are. And k just said that sir ayoko po kumuha ng insirance dahil ayoko pa po talaga kumuha then he tried to convince me once more but I insisted that i dont want to and he even called me closed minded for that then after that i apologized since i though that maybe i kept his hopes up and he said its ok sanay naman ako sa mga clients na ayaw kumuha then after that me and my cousin left the office really embarassed .

Although i believe that Cocolife is Legit i got somewhat turned off to their company because of the way they try to force their client to open an account. They trick their client into thinking they were getting an orientation when in reality they are already briefing you of what you would be paying already without even confirming if you are willing to open an account or not. Yes, although you can always say no and refuse their offers they try to make it hard for you to refuse such as using your words against you and even saying some inappropriate words. And thats what really made me say no to them. I really hope they can improve their client relations and there marketing plans.If you do not want it they cannot force you to have it and of course that depends on you too if you are gonna let them force you too because to be honest trying to go for a refund is additional work for the time and energy you gonna waste for them..

Hello po..nangyari din sakin to kahapon lang..naisip ko bigla na magresearch about cocolife kung pwede pa makuha yung perang nailabas ko..ang tindi kasi nilang mamilit at gutom na gutom na din ako nun..nakakuha sila ng 2000 sakin kasi hindi ko kayang ibigay ung 7,500+ na sinasabi nila..ang dami nilang inexplain which is hindi ko masyadong naintindihan dahil nga ang dami din kumausap sakin non..plan ko magpasa ng cancellatiin letter..ask ko lang po kung sa cocolife ba namin un ipapasa kung san kami nagfill up ng form or sa main mismo namin ipapasa?pasagot naman po kasi mamaya na po kami magsesend..nakuha kong iwithdraw lahat ng nasa ATM ko kasi nabasa ko dito na chinacharge daw nila ng walang pasabi..please po patulong nalang ano gagawin namin..malaking halaga na din po kasi yung 2000 lalo na sa katulad ko..salamat po..
ReplyDeletesubmit your cancellation letter sa branch kung saan ka nagsign-up. make it 2 copies ipareceive mo yung isa for your copy. then yung received copy i-email mo sa headoffice at clientrelations@cocolife.com.
DeleteSeriously. F**k that 45 minutes. Sakin umabot ng 1h30mins. Sa una pa lang pinaramdam ko na na ayaw ko. Pero namimilit sya until inoffer na nya sakin yung usual plan for students na 6k daw. Lakas pa makaguilt trip kasi may enough naman daw akong pera sa account ko. Patigasan na lang kami. Pinasa nya pa ako sa manager nya baka magbago daw decision ko. As if! I’m glad I didn’t. Nairita lang ako kasi nasayang ung oras ko. Guys tip lang kapag nakaencounter uli kau ng ganito tapos pinapasign up talaga kau agad agad, sabihin nyo lang na kahit gano pa kaganda offer nila or yung company, u don’t sign up immediately. You research first.
ReplyDeleteSabi nila sakin one time invite lang daw cocolife so one time opportunity lang daw. So sabi ko, i’d rather lose the opportunity kesa magregret ako. Not every opportunity is a blessing.
So the same thing happened to me pero sa Iloilo. The thing was, I was only there for the raffle lol pero tangina, 'pag di ka pa nila ma lure in sa 45 minute pitch nila, nag start na silang mamipilit na kumuha ng insurance kahit na ayaw ko talaga. After that, tinawag pa yung evaluator which took about 15 minutes more. And when that didntd work, parang supervisor pa yung lumapit at magstart ng subtle insults: "yung most people na kumukuha samin mga business owners na open-minded," "So, hindi ka pala makapag decision if wala yung mama mo?" ( Accountant si mama, siya yung nagbibugay financial advice sakin). They also started comparing getting an insurance to buying shoes??? Hindi ko na gets, desperate ba talaga??

Hi. It happened to me recently sa SM Manila. 16/01/2018 to be exact. Same strategy that you said on your blog. The. Later on i felt like i am forced to sign. Sinabi ko na na pagiisipan ko. Pilit pa din sya ng pilit at sinasabi nya pa kahit 1peso ba hindi mo pa din kakagatin. Then i told them the truth na sabi ko your explaination is ok. I inderstand everything. But if involve n po ang money at automatic deduction s account ko then may contract na babasahin so i need to read it carefully and u expect me to sign and give my mo ey in just 45 minutes? Umalis talaga ko s inis ko kasi may imeet ako at nagaantay sila sakin. Sabi ko nga kung piso yan kaya ko magbigay ng piso kahit sinong tao. Ibang usapan na kako yun. Kaya good thing hindi ako nagpadala. Madisappoint sila its up to them. Anyway di naman nila ako kilala.
ReplyDeleteHi just want to ask. Nagbayad ako ng 4k for para daw reservation ng slot kung hindi pa ako magaavail ng FSP. So ung GPA plang ung parang kinuha ko tpos after 2years kailngan ko daw I upgrade ng FSP. Anong pwede kong gawin itutuloy ko pa bang iupgrade or pabayaaan ko nlang? Hindi ko na inaasahan ibalik yng pera ko gusto ko lng iassure na walang ibang mangyayari sa saving account after 2 years. 0

Mabbawi q pa kaya yun..? Sbi continuation daw ng hulog q ay this yr, 2k/mot. Any bank pede raw. Kaso sa mga nabasa q d2 ay prang napa isip aq..

ReplyDeletehello anu advice po kasi sa case namin ng asawa ko sa kanya nakapangalan ung insurance eh sa ngayon po nanasa Saudi sya..pwede pa dn po ba syang gumawa ng letter of cancelation with his signature then pwede po bang ako ang mag process kung gagawan nya ako ng authorization letter? gusto lang dn po namin mabawi ung 11k na naihulog namin..nadala lan kami ng marjeting strategy nila..

ReplyDeletekahapon ako na victim ni cocolife nakapag avail ako ng insurance nila tapos ang gamit ko is credit card tapos hnd din ako mapakali nag research ako about cocolife and I was like sh*t na scam ako and I read all the stuff here kase mukhang malaki ang chance na hnd ko na ipagpatuloy ang insurance at macancell ang future billing ko sa card then nag punta ako ngayon sa branch nila nag iwan din ako ng cancellation letter pero sila nag dictate sakin Kung ano ilalagay ko edi ok na pati original copy ng receipt ko at confirmation na nakapag avail ako pero meron akong receiving copy na meron nilang counter sign at contact no. sabi nila sila daw mag papasa nun sa main office nila maghintay na lang daw ako at mag update sa kanila, inassure nman nila na macacancel ang insurance ko at mabbalik ang credit limit ko kaso 30-45 working days.
reliable po ba yun sila po ba talaga mag paprocess nun or ako dapat ??
gusto ko lang po ng advice kung tama ba Yung pag paprocess ko salamat.
Yung sa akin naman 2k lng ung hiningi good for 1yr. N un tpoz xvi after 10 yrs. My pension n aq n 10k medyo nguguluhan pdin aq kung legit b tlg toh o hindi
