Part of the things I learned on my first trading is always compute your net profit before selling your stocks. Don't be like me who just did an estimate and thought it will just break-even without doing any actual computation.
Using your calculator is old-school now, but you can if you want to have a miserable life, alternatively, you can always prepare a spreadsheet which has formulas that computes all the buying and selling fees and some columns for your profit or loss in it.
I have made a spreadsheet template which will monitor and automatically compute the market value of your stocks. You can copy it to your Google Drive and edit it to suit your requirements such as your broker's commission and other settings as to how much are the fees are your broker's charging including the Philippine Stock Exchange's fees, VAT and taxes on sales.
The spreadsheet is only for transactions with minimum commissions, I am using BDO NOMURA, so the default minimum broker commission there is 20 pesos, I think it's the same with other PSE online brokers but I'm not sure, just double-check it yourselves.
